About the Tour Application

① How much the tour price for my kids?

Infant (under 6 years old) → Free
Child (6-11years old) → Child Rate

※Child Rate: 1,000 yen discount from the adult rate
※Children under 6 years old will be free, but no seats and meals.
※Infants eligible for free participation are limited to 1 per adult.

② I’m a minor. Can I join the tour without majorities?

Yes, you can.

③ When can we start making a reservation?

You can make a reservation if it’s possible to apply on our website.
Please make a reservation from the booking calendar on each tour page.

④ By when should I make a reservation for the tour?

Please make a reservation on our website at least 60 mins before the bus starts.
If seats are available, you can apply the tour on the day you join without a booking.
But you cannot apply it if the tour is full or cancelled.
We recommend you to make a reservation as soon as possible.

⑤ Is it possible to put us on the waiting list?

Sorry, we do not accept it.

⑥ How do I pay?

Please pay the fare in cash (Japanese Yen) as you join, so please prepare money in advance.
If you need a receipt, please let us know when you pay.

⑦ Do I need to pay the cancellation free if I canceled my booking?

There is no charge if you request to cancel one or more days before the tour starts, so please email us at least one day in advance if you would like to cancel your booking.
Please note that cancellation fee is 50 % of the tour price if you cancel it on the day you join.

 ⑧ Can I join the tour with my wheelchair or is there available to rent a wheelchair?

Yes, we are welcome wheelchair users if they join with a caregiver and it’s not matter to get on & get off the exit of the bus because it’s not barrier-free bus. And, please note that we cannot keep the wheelchair in the trunk in case it’s not holding type.


About on the day you join

① Are all reserved seats or non-reserved?

All seats are reserved. If you come to the meeting place earlier than other members, you cannot select a seat you prefer. We will arrange all seats in advance due to various reasons, such as in the order of applications and number of your group.

※We do not accept your order about seat.
※Please do not change your seat during the bus tour.

② Will we have some drinks at lunch or dinner?

You need to pay extra charge for alcohol and soft drinks (including drink bar)

③ Can we keep our luggage in the bus?

We accept to keep your luggage in the trunk during the tour, but please make sure your valuables are kept with you all day.

④ Is there a toilet in the bus?

There is no toilet in the bus, so please go to the toilet before the tour starts and at the sightseeing spots.
Some of the sightseeing spots do not have a restroom, so we will have toilet breaks during the tour.

⑤ Can I finish and leave the tour in the middle of the tour?

You can leave the tour at sightseeing spot we scheduled. Please let us know in advance if you want to do it. And please note that there is no refund in this case.

⑥ Will the tour finish on time?

We aim to operate the tour on time, but there is a case we do not because of the bad weather and heavy traffic jam.
Please note that we cannot cover the cost of traffic problems that might happen during the trip in case our tour is not be operated on time.

⑦ Is the tour be operated if it’s a bad weather?

We do operate our tour if it’s a bad weather, but we do not in case the roads are closed.
We will let you know by email at least one day in advance (by 21:00) if we decided to cancel the tour. We also notice on our website.

⑧ Can I smoke in the bus

Smoking is not allowed in the bus. Thank you for your understanding.

⑨ How to join on that day?

You need to book on the website and get a booking confirmation email in advance. Please show the email to the tour guide at the meeting place.

⑩ Can I join if I will be late? 

We consider your booking is canceled if you do not show at the meeting place by the meeting time.
